What’s the difference between a certificate and a diploma? 

The level of your course shows how complex it is: the higher the level, the more advanced the topics you learn about will be. 

The certificate and diploma for a level, the only difference is that the diploma is longer and has a few extra units which allows you to specialise in key areas. This means you get a broader understanding of the world of HR and L&D.
