Summary of your role

As a Connections Planning Assistant, you will work with an experienced team of Account Managers and Planners reporting into an Associate Director to ensure the on-going delivery of great work and client service from the client team at OMD UK. While involved in the day to day activities of the accounts, the Assistant Planner will work closely with internal department teams and external agencies.  Organisation, time management and attention to detail are hugely important, the Assistant Planner will need to ensure all work is delivered in an accurate and timely fashion. The successful candidate will need to be able to work in a reactive and fast paced environment.

You will have a basic understanding of all ATL media and work collaboratively across all agency departments to deliver creative and data driven planning solutions which retain strategic integrity through to the stages of implementation and delivery, ultimately creating media strategies that differentiate in the marketplace.  You will focus on quality, consistency, efficiency and innovation to ensure the ongoing delivery of brilliant, accurate and timely work and client service with proactivity and positivity.

What we offer

Salary: £17,000 (Entry), rising to: £18,500 (6 months),  £21,500 (12 months), £23,500 (18 months)

Duration: 15 months

Working week: 37.5 hours Monday – Friday
