Digital Delivery Apprentice

Undertaking day-to-day activities and tasks associated with ongoing delivery and support of a leading global company’s global marketing programmes. 

Responsible for setting up digital campaigns and online landing pages to a high-quality standard.  You’ll communicate with internal departments focused on operational processes as well as client operations teams to collaborate in deploying digital communications. 

This is a position for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation of email communications using various client/internal systems. 
  • Assisting in the creation and delivery of digital campaigns 
  • Creation of email communications using various client/internal systems. 
  • Understanding and delivering as per client briefing documents/calls 
  • Analysing campaign performance via tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics etc to suggest improvements and opportunities for future campaigns 
  • Investigating and contributing on Search Engine Optimisation projects 
  • Providing ongoing assistance with Salesforce Social Studio and its integration into wider parts of the Collinson group 
  • Updating internal JIRA system to report on campaign progress and completion 
  • Providing consistent, exceptional quality and attention to detail 
  • Strong collaboration with internal departmental teams and individuals 
  • Liaising directly with client contacts and helping them to answer their queries/questions 
  • Manage time to given budgets 
  • Maintaining ISO Group Standards 
  • Assisting and supporting the team with administration and office tasks as required 
  • Adhering to company processes and supporting the team in documenting and improving existing processes 
Knowledge: 
  • Good level of education 
  • Enthusiasm for the role and an interest in the digital world 
  • Interest in how data is used to drive campaigns. 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel  
Skills: 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Good at problem solving 
  • Highly organised, with effective time management and the ability to prioritise and multi-task  
  • Ability to think laterally and work in a proactive manner  
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
