IT Apprentice

You’ll provide first line support for the day to day operation of Ark Schools IT. Provide support for education IT systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing the first point of contact for IT issues
  • Supporting the smooth running of the IT service desk
  • Escalation of issues when appropriate
  • Asset Management
  • Proactive tasks
  • Enabling the teacher to teach using IT
  • Customer service focused

Person Specification: IT Apprentice Qualifications

5 GCSE’s A*-C including English and Maths

Knowledge and Experience
