Our team is comprised of a mixture of skill sets. We currently have a well-balanced team of .NET and Front-End Developers, Dynamics CRM Consultants and a dedicated Project Management, Business Analyst and Technical Support team.
Wattle work with Microsoft based technologies to deliver web-based solutions within a number of high growth verticals with a specific focus on membership, not for profit, public sector and financial services organisations.
We deliver complex integrated web systems built around Umbraco as gold partners, Sitecore as a leading implementation partner, Dynamics 365 systems and bespoke software. While many of our projects are greenfield we also develop a core suite of products within the financial services sector and membership space.

As an apprentice developer you will be working within a small agile development team where you will be provided with ample opportunity to develop your programing skills on a variety of interesting projects, as part of a small team you will work closely with other developers on production code within web based software projects where you will be given support and assistance in developing your skills on both real and educational projects.
You will study towards an IT Level 3 or IT Level 4 depending on your level of learning and you will be fully supported by the employer and Arch Apprenticeships with opportunities to access further certifications and industry accreditations.

On a day to day basis you will be working as part of a small agile development team, we work across both bespoke builds and Umbraco projects and offer our developers the opportunity to become fully Umbraco and Microsoft certified.
