Building Digital Capability with Santander

The Challenge 

The Santander i25 Leadership Development Programme is designed to help staff to become better leaders. They wanted to enhance digital knowledge and capabilities, as well as help their staff to embrace the digital world in their daily jobs. 

The Solution 

Dot Native

Together with their teams, we decided to introduce Dot Native. A series of bite-sized modules designed to help with data literacy across the business. This enabled the teams across Santander to learn new skills and abilities whilst also apply their new knowledge within their roles.
