Gaming Performance Analyst – Paddy Power Bet Fair

The Role…

As a commercial performance analyst you will be responsible for tracking and interpreting the marketing performance of the Betfair Gaming business. You will influence commercial strategy through insights to drive performance, with significant exposure to senior management.

What You’ll be Doing…

• Monitor performance to ensure targets are met and support decision making.
• Identify opportunities and challenges along with solutions and advice to maximise performance.
• Create bonus spend budgets and acquisition targets for P&L owners to track and action against.
• Generate reusable reports allowing stakeholders to self-serve.
• Produce in-depth pieces of insight to provide a detailed understanding of trends.

• Strong SQL skills with excellent data manipulation ability skills in Excel and a special emphasis on producing output suitable to the audience.
