Job Purpose

To work closely with the Executive Assistant in the Family Office to provide support on projects including data clean up in a professional, timely, transparent and accurate manner.

Key Accountabilities/Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality administrative and project support to the Family Office, primarily with one of the Founding Partners and his EA
  • Provide project updates and reports via Excel and any other tracking systems as required
  • Assist in data clean-up
  • Assist with and own database management projects
  • Portfolio research to work towards a presentation to one of the Founding Partners and his EA/Family Office
  • Any additional duties as reasonably requested
