HM Treasury are looking for a hard-working, driven individual looking to develop a career within HR in a key government department. Our Talent and Workforce Planning team are looking to provide a motivated individual with an apprenticeship opportunity and the chance to apply this across a range of subject areas.

A key part of your role will be supporting our early career programmes, notably our Graduate Development Programme. You will help design and deliver our annual campaigns, as well as managing rotations that support individual development. You will also support across the wider branch, immersing yourself in various aspects of talent, workforce planning, resource and reward. In doing so you will work with a varied audience of internal and external parties, developing your communication, collaboration and decision-making skills.
