Overall purpose of role
A true generalist HR role at the heart of the business. The role covers all aspects of the HR spectrum including, talent acquisition, employee engagement and employee relations. This position allows you to coach and influence line managers to help them get the best out of their team.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Analyse competitor environment and best practices to ensure an engaged and healthy environment
- Onboarding process enhancement, projects lead: updating employee handbook
- Work with colleagues from our other Nissan entities (both in the UK and abroad) to collaborate on projects such as the Global Employee Survey
- Regular review of our wellbeing an engagement policies to ensure they are engaging an offer something for everyone
- Support in offboarding activities
- Manage and support ad hoc HR projects
