Your role will involve working closely with the Forecasting and Business Planning Executive to support the development of the Financial Plan and associated reporting for IAGC. The role will support the delivery of commercial performance reporting and insight to the wider commercial team, the Cargo Executive Team and Board level.

You will develop your skills, in a real job and with extensive training, support and hands on experience.


• Interpretation of business trends through analysis of market information
• Extract data from a range of sources
• Data manipulation, including data cleaning
• Data validation and reconsolidation
• Identify data quality issues and help to resolve these
• Create ‘best practice’ documentation
• Support commercial analysis required for projects
• Weekly and monthly commercial performance updates, including versus target
• Create presentations for the wider commercial team, the Cargo Executive Team and IAG Board
• Report capacity causals including traffic statistics and line causals

• Numeracy and analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Good team working skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to express complex data clearly
• Self-starter: able to work on own initiative, make decisions and implement

• Good planning and prioritisation capabilities
• Displays confidence and resilience, plus an energy to deliver results


• A-levels, BTEC, International Baccalaureate, or equivalent qualification(s)
• Either before or during the apprenticeship, you will be required to achieve level 2 qualifications in English and mathematics prior to taking the end point assessment.
