Representing a range of talent across the business, as Digital marketing and Social Media Apprentice your core objective will be to work with artists and the marketing team to provide analytics and strategies to inform and create exceptional social content and campaigns.

The role

You will support the marketing team on larger acts while developing new artists to build strong creative social media campaigns to drive the artist and streaming growth.  Working closely with artists you will be involved in regular ‘artists meetings’ – working directly with artists and managers to support their growth. It will be your role to provide regular analytics and social reports to your artists and assist the team, where needed on theirs.

Using platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, FB, YouTube, Snapchat etc. You will use analytics tools such as Chart Metric, Spotify analytics etc. to deliver effective digital strategies and campaigns to support the marketing team.  Training on these platforms will be given where necessary.

You will demonstrate an in-depth and insightful understanding of the current social media and digital landscape and keep up to date with new trends and opportunities and with new development at social and DSP platforms.

You will use analytics to inform content led social media campaigns to increase artist streaming growth and define and develop best practice in this area

Liaising with artist and management you will create innovative channel management, best practice guides, strategies, and social communication plans. Use a highly creative, forward-thinking approach to your planning, identifying any emerging content, tech or socials trends that should be included to ensure campaigns stay relevant.

You will brief on brand social content to the design team to support your artist campaigns.

Build relationships with social media individuals, accounts as well as artists and their management.

Providing weekly reporting including social media statistics, advertising performance and other analytics to colleagues, artist managers and campaign partners.
