Main Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Paid Social – Managing social media ad campaigns from brief to production, as briefed in by the divisional marketing teams.
  • YEXT – Managing the YEXT platform and relationship to ensure information shown against all 115 Group sites is accurate across Google and Partner Business Listing network, and in line with business objectives. Utilising new product features to promote products and services. Setting up new dealership accounts and closure of de-vested sites.
  • PPC & Display – Supporting the Senior Marketing Executive in all operational elements of Group and Franchise Paid Media campaigns (PPC and Display) to ensure they are updated promptly and accurately each week/month/quarter with new messaging, offers and key USPs.
  • Classifieds – Supporting the Senior Marketing Executive with all operational elements of Classified Partner relationship (Auto Trader, Piston Heads etc) including new dealership set-ups/closures, feed development, enquiry management, new product/feature set up and utilisation, and overseeing support queries for missing or incorrectly advertised vehicles. Setting up new accounts for supporting products and ensuring wider divisional teams are trained on how to use them.
  • Infinity – Supporting the Senior Marketing Executive with all operational elements of Infinity Call Tracking across the Group; including setting up new tracking pools / numbers, telephony re-routing, trouble-shooting issues, creating and circulating reporting
  • Development – Keeping abreast of all digital marketing areas of responsibility by maintaining close partner relationship through weekly / monthly meetings and by utilising partner training courses to provide best in class support and advice to divisional marketing teams.
