If your answer is Yes to all the above, then we have just the right opportunity for you as a People Services Advisor Apprentice working in our HR Department at AXA UK. Our People Services Team at AXA UK have a fantastic apprenticeship opportunity to join our friendly team of HR experts based in Parklands, Bolton.

Working closely with our Talent Acquisition team, our core ambition and purpose is to support the process of finding and onboarding engaged talent for AXA UK. As part of the wider HR function, you’ll have real opportunities to influence how we do things and innovate your ideas. Our People Services team support all elements of the employee lifecycle so your days will be varied with different tasks and learning opportunities. We need you to deliver exceptional levels of customer service and HR delivery of time critical tasks for the needs of our customers and candidates.

An Apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity to build a career, you’ll work in a large and highly rated organisation and gain professional business qualifications at the same time. During your apprenticeship with AXA, you’ll be working towards the HR Support Level 3 qualification. And it doesn’t stop there, you can go all the way to Level 7 if that’s your career plan.

At AXA we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the Bolton office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. Going forward this will be 2 days in the office, and 3 days working from home; however as you get settled in, you’ll need to spend more time in the office, as you get to understand our ways of working, and meet your team.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be accountable for supporting a great recruitment and onboarding experience for our candidates with duties including coordinating timely interviews and delivering essential confirmation of offers to our candidates and internal customers and being upskilled on other processes to support the team. We need you to be a champion of recruitment best practice, great candidate experience and diversity and inclusion through all activities by embedding yourself into our AXA values and passion for our brand. We also want this role to be a career for you so we will give you all the training you’ll need to be able to flourish and grow within AXA.
