This is an integral role that will work within the Talent Management and Development team to drive and deliver on various career and development activities to support the business. In addition, this role will also help us support and deliver on our People Change workstream which is part of the MRSG transformation project.
You will have exposure to a wide range of projects and initiatives across the business to support your foundation of talent and development skills. It will also give you the opportunity to work with stakeholders at all levels in a range of different businesses.
The TM&D Apprentice will provide administrative and coordinative support to the Talent Management and Development Partner as well as the People Change workstream within the MRSG Transformation project.


• To review training requests on the HR system and book training as required by the Talent Management & Development Partner
• Participate in the People Change workstream as part of the MRSG transformation project
• To manage and create communications related to Learning & Development as required by the Talent Management & Development Partner
• To promote programmes related to Learning and Development as well as the People Change workstream as required by the Talent Management & Development Partner
• To manage the administration as required by the People Change workstream
• Organise all local workshops as required for the People Change workstream including venue sourcing, liaising with the venue regarding training rooms, layout and refreshments, ensuring materials are produced and available on the day
• Manage invitations for all local workshops, coordinate pre-work, distribute follow-up materials and manage feedback
• Act as the point of contact for L&D suppliers as required by the Talent Management & Development Partner
• Manage all psychometrics and diagnostics administration i.e. Insights, Hogan, 360-degree feedback as required
• Manage the workshop tracker including attendance at workshops and the waitlist for future workshops
• Provide administration support on People metrics as required by the Talent Management and Development Partner

Knowledge and Skills

• Broad understanding of the basics of HR, particularly around the employee lifecycle, policies and procedures, and development
• Strong analytical and data skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Creative with the ability to build visually appealing training content and materials
• Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint
• Advocate of new technologies
