ROLE PURPOSE

As a function the People and HR team have responsibility for leading an ambitious build out, helping to shape the corporate culture and enable the organisational change required to grow from a 160 headcount business in Jan 2020 to 250+ person company over the coming 3 years.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR function, as well as accurate and high-quality 1st Line HR advice to our employees being comfortable to escalate where necessary.

It is a hands on operational role where attention to detail and ability to work confidently with data and to deadlines will be important.  This role is wide ranging and will cover monthly repeatable/cyclical processes like providing support to the HR process, benefits administration and HRIS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Operations

  • Provide accurate advice and support when requested by employees.
  • Managing the HR inbox, responding directly when confident and escalating queries where needed.
  • Coordinate and manage all starter and leaver administration, from letters to the supporting material employees will need.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the data we hold on our staff is up to date and accurate.
  • Work to defined weekly and monthly schedules of activity to ensure we meet our audit requirements.

HR & Recruitment Systems

  • Work with HR Operations Analyst to learn our processes for the management of data. This includes records creation and management and troubleshooting if needed. In time you will become a ‘super user’ of our core HR management System hiBob.
  • Ensure that all the processes and systems that support our people are robust and working to deliver the best employee experiences.

Reward

  • Ensure the payroll and HRIS are matching and records kept up to date and monthly payroll is processed according to agreed deadlines.
  • Provide timely advice and support for Benefits queries.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Able to support in a fast paced HR Team with strong organizational and co-ordination skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Proven experience of presenting data in easy to access manner
  • Knowledge of HRIS & ATS would be desirable
  • Ideally experience of working to review and develop process
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office software ( knowledge of visio & malimerge is an advantage).
