LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in the UK homes 7 brands, Parfum Christian Dior, Kendo, Givenchy, Guerlain, Acqua Di Parma, Fresh, and Loewe.

We are looking for a talent to join our HR Team, to provide comprehensive HR administration and support across all aspects of HR and Payroll, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to the business. You will be based in London, with some travel to our office in Hersham, Surrey.

This apprenticeship will be structured with 4 days working, and 1 day studying towards your CIPD Level 3 qualification. We will equip you to have the skills and support to excel in both.

 

Mission
  • Support the HR team in delivering a quality and compliant HR service to the business
  • Deliver excellent customer service on a range of HR queries
  • Participate in improving processes, policies, systems, and reporting, to support the business

 

Main Responsibilities
  • Support in managing the HR email inboxes, responding to queries as required
  • Assist in maintaining and auditing HR systems and the employee lifecycle administrative processes
  • Manage new starter, changes, and leaver processes and prepare all documentation
  • Provide support with Employee Relations
  • Provide all necessary documentation to the payroll team, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of Beauty Consultants across UKI
  • Assist with the completion of HR reports and analysis of HR KPIs and trends
  • Support the HR team through projects, taking ownership of tasks and providing creative input
  • Ensuring accurate file management of the personnel files. Archiving as needed in compliance with GDPR

 

Key Competencies

  • Ability to manage their own time
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work on their own initiative as well as taking instructions from management

 

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Office 365 skills are a plus

 

Education

  • Math’s and English GCSE’s, C or 5 and above / equivalent
  • X3 A-Level’s – A*-C (Preferable)

 

Profile

This apprentice needs to be organised and have excellent attention to detail. The apprenticeship will entail high amounts of administration and data input, which must be accurate. Having a good understanding of the LVMH group is a must and having experience within either retail or hospitality is a welcomed plus.
