Ian has over 28 years of experience as a manager, leader, practitioner, facilitator, coach and tutor, having worked primarily in the private sector with international and global companies.
Having worked within the learning and development arena, Ian brings experience in L&D leadership, organisational behaviour, organisational design and development, employee engagement, coaching and leadership development.
Need to know: Outside of the workplace, you’ll find Ian restoring and maintaining his collection of seven classic British and Japanese motorcycles, ranging from a 1956 Triton (Triumph/Norton mix) through to a 1982 Honda CBX1000.
For 15 years, Rosie has worked within the commercial departments of some high-profile media companies, taking on a variety of client-facing, commercial and training roles.
She has completed her Level 5 CIPD in L&D management path with Avado, and has the following qualifications:
- MA in Journalism Studies from the University of Westminster
- BA (Hons) in Politics and Europeans studies from University Hertfordshire
- Erasmus year at La Sapienza, University of Rome
Need to know: In her spare time, Rosie enjoys current affairs, travelling and working on her allotment.
Hayley holds a degree in media and drama, as well as a diploma in both coaching and musical theatre. She is an Associate member of CIPD, which combines her specialised interests in employee relations, social learning and skills development and with over 10 years of experience as a secondary school teacher and lecturer in CIPD courses.
Hayley worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant for several years, with her most recent industry role being a Senior HR and Training Officer at a major dental organisation. She also has a wide-ranging background in projects and security cleared support, as well as for the National Assembly for Wales.
Need to know: Hayley is in a large choir of 130 people and often sings solos when performing at concerts.
