Amy is the Chief Operating Officer of Avado. She is responsible for the design and development of Avado’s product portfolio and the delivery of high-quality learning experiences, ensuring that Avado achieves learning outcomes and business impact for its clients and learners.
Amy has been with the business for over 8 years, having joined the leadership team just after Blenheim Chalcot acquired the business in 2011. Prior to Avado, Amy worked in mass participation sporting events, with a focus on product development and large scale, international operations management.
Dean is Chief People Officer (CPO) of Avado and facilitates our culture of success and belonging, which includes delivery of a research-led, evidence-backed and progressive people plan – sometimes breaking “traditional HR” in the process.
Prior to joining Avado in July 2018, Dean held HR/People leadership roles at fashion-retailer Jack Wills and global healthcare provider, Bupa, having started his career in CRM Outsourcing and FMCG. A proponent of Positive Psychology and the impact of coaching on individual and organisational performance and wellbeing, Dean has a MSc in positive psychology and coaching psychology.
Richard is the Chief Commercial Officer of Avado. He is responsible for commercial strategy and execution through demand creation, business development and customer success teams.
He is a customer-focused operator with 15+ years’ experience drawn from a mix of board level private equity management team roles, transformation consulting and strategic advisory. Prior to joining Avado in 2020, Richard has been responsible for designing and successfully executing profitable growth strategies across a range of sectors.
