What are the different types of IT Apprenticeships?
There are five pathways that your IT apprentice can take. Each IT apprenticeship offers your business a chance to develop a specialist in the area you're experiencing skill gaps in.

Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship (Level 3)
On this apprenticeship, learners will become first-line support for your business and customers. Learners will develop an all-round knowledge on the fundamentals of your business's devices and systems. Your apprentice will maximise productivity by solving and troubleshooting non-routine problems.
Apprentices will gain the following qualifications: CompTIA A+, MTA Mobility and Devices Fundamentals, MTA Cloud Fundamentals, BCS Coding and Logic, BCS Business Processes.
IS Business Analyst Apprenticeship (Level 4)
Your apprentice will learn how to measure and execute detailed investigations and analysis and merge commercial ideas with practical capabilities to optimise business processes.
Apprentices will gain the following qualifications: BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, Certified LeanKanban Foundation, Scrum Certified Product Owner Level 1 & 2, Business Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship
Software Developer Apprenticeship (Level 4)
On this apprenticeship, your apprentice will support the design, development and implementation of high-quality software. They will be able to interpret design documentation and specifications and will have the responsibility for elements of an overall project.
Apprentices will gain the following qualifications: MTA HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals, L4 Diploma in Software Development Methodologies and Software Developer Level 4 Apprenticeship.
Software Tester Apprenticeship (Level 4)
The Software Tester apprentice will carry out investigations to provide the stakeholders with information about the quality of the software product or service. Your apprentice will gain a good understanding and expand the business's knowledge of the software life cycle and best development practices.
Apprentices will gain the following qualifications: ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level, Software Tester Level 4 Apprenticeship.
