Charmaine is the Chief Digital Marketing Officer at Sky Digital Agency, and Chief Learning Officer at The Good Designers. She has developed more than 12 digital marketing curriculums, trained more than 1200 individuals, and conducted more than 1950 hours of training for marketers and business owners in the last 5 years alone in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong and Mauritius.

She is a WSQ ACTA Certified Trainer, and an Associate Adult Educator (AAE) with Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), an adjunct trainer at Aventis Learning Group, and does training and mentoring with start-ups at Ngee Ann Polytechnic (Sandbox), Temasek Polytechnic (LaunchPad), and SUTD Venture Building Program (supported by ESG).

Razy Shah

Razy is an ACLP-certified senior marketing professional with over 8 years’ experience in training and learning facilitation at local and international levels.

He also has a proven track record in course/program management and delivery for corporations, universities and governments from 25+ countries and is able to create superior learning experiences through solid understanding of adult learning, instructional design and blended learning technologies in multi-cultural settings.

Cheak Hong Ian

Cheak is a conversion-driven online marketing trainer (Emerson, Methodist Welfare Services, CPF Board, Singapore Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Training Vision Institute) and consultant who works conversion metrics into marketing strategy and advises clients on optimisation of web assets and business processes based on inbound marketing traffic data.

His key skills are marketing strategy SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, web analytics, conversion optimisation, and UX/UI. He is also the proud co-owner of IOU (www.ioudebtapp.com).

Daylon Soh

Daylon guides businesses to design better customer experiences, from shopping online to managing finances,  because he believes that the experience is the medium that leads to happier customers. He does this through data-driven experience design, working with customer-focused leaders who are helping their business to transform, stay relevant and growing their revenues and users organically.

He has 10+ years experience in digital product development and product marketing in both start-ups (e.g. Razer) and MNCs (e.g. Aviva & Unilever). He has also run his own technology driven start-ups: an eCommerce store and distributed freelance digital agency.

Ebenezer Heng

Ebenezer is a veteran in the Food & Beverage industry with an in-depth knowledge of digital / social media marketing. Armed with this unique experience he launched Oncoffeemakers.com (OCM) which generates leads for coffee/coffee machine partners. It also generates leads for his F&B consultation business.

Additionally, Ebenezer has taught in tertiary institutions and the Chinese Chamber for many years. He has built on his knowledge of analytics and honed his skills in social listening, thus enabling him to provide solutions to complex problems. He has also recently launched ePrism which is an Augmented Reality app that allows customers to tap on the O2O platforms.

Timotheus Lee

Timotheus is an online entrepreneur, digital marketing consultant & lecturer in Singapore. With more than 25 years of professional experience, Timotheus started his career in marketing at Microsoft, working closely with clients such as Disney Australia, China Central Television, and NHK.

When the Internet was in its infancy in Singapore, he became the Creative Director at a web design firm, and his clients included Prime Minister’s Office, Visa, MasterCard, Ministry of Education, and MediaCorp. Timotheus leveraged his skills in marketing to generate up to an 8-figure increase in sales figures for his clients.

Elizabeth Taylor

Liz is a passionate, enthusiastic & qualified marketing trainer with over 24 years’ experience in marketing training and execution. Via her own business, she provides digital marketing training workshops and 121 consultancy, supporting small business owners and entrepreneurs to develop their businesses using social media, content and advertising. She also constantly refreshes her own skills, and has recently completed two qualifications in teaching adults.

Previous to this, she worked for 12 years in professional academia teaching digital marketing as part of various qualifications.

Miguel Bernas

Miguel is an entrepreneur, podcast producer, public speaker and media & marketing consultant. Throughout his 30-year career, he has played senior change agent roles and led marketing teams for major brands like Nokia, PayPal, Singtel, Mediacorp, CNBC, Yahoo! and MTV.

As a business leader, Miguel is frequently interviewed by media and invited to speak at conferences in the areas of digital transformation, media and marketing. He is often invited to train marketers in brand storytelling & content marketing and mentor content creators in Mediacorp’s Bloomr.sg creator network.

Martin Talks

Martin Talks is a future-focused digital leader and one of our most experienced expert speakers. As an entrepreneur, he has IPO'd a finance company on the London Stock Exchange and then founded and sold a global digital marketing agency. He then became Global Digital Lead for a global marketing group representing clients from eBay to Coca Cola and Novartis to Nivea. 

Since then, he has made everything from virtual reality viewers to coded chatbots. He has also found the time to write a future fiction novel, Blinky's Law, that imagines how emerging technology plays out in the future. He says: 'The future mindset is here, it's just not evenly distributed' and he is keen on ensuring that as many people as possible are enabled to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

Nicholas Villani

After playing a pivotal role in building the award winning Squared Online programme for Google, he became passionate about helping businesses transform in times of change and is a skilled coach in agile methodology, disruptive technology and leading teams through transformation. ​

Nick has a wealth of experience in digital leadership consulting and training across a wide range of sectors including FMCG, telecommunications, technology, insurance, banking and pharmaceuticals. 

Anna SE Lundberg

Anna started her career in beauty and luxury brand building, specialising in digital marketing. At multinational Procter & Gamble (P&G), she headed up the Digital Centre of Excellence for the Prestige Products department, designing the vision, strategy and training programme for the multi-functional organisation as well as consulting internally on leading brands.

She left P&G to start her own business in 2012, providing consulting and training to help businesses with their digital strategies and capability building and is the founder of One Step Outside, where she combines her branding and marketing expertise with life coaching to mentor and advise entrepreneurs.

Gina Wessels

Gina is a strategic digital marketing and digital transformation consultant with over 17 years’ global experience across a range of industries including luxury hospitality and travel, airline, restaurant and catering, green coffee, wine, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and telecoms.

She has extensive experience consulting for clients helping to define and build their marketing strategies as well as developing and delivering digital transformation. Chris is a skilled expert in digital business and marketing strategy, lean start up practices, growth accelerations, transformation initiatives and more. He has a straightforward, and direct approach to growth, change, transformation and the effective use of technology to empower the enterprise.

Andrew is a qualified Business Psychologist and professional marketer. After a spell in the military, he studied psychology at The University of Liverpool before studying Organisation Studies at Warwick Business School.
