  • Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties
  • Handle incoming call daily
  • Arranging courier
  • Collect letters, sorting and distributing incoming letters and faxes, and stamped current date
  • Daily attendance report & Manpower report
  • Mobile Phone & IP Phone Cost Report
  • Medical Fees – Update
  • swab test arrangement
  • Monitor the Agreement/Contract period for renewal (eg maintenance)
  • Liaising with third parties (eg, pest control people, ensure they have done their job properly and sign on the work they have done)
  • Commercial Vehicles – Insurance renewal
  • Issue stationery for staffs by department (issue out, order)
  • Stock count for stationaries
  • IT support (e.g. Copier machine, PC, Email, server)
  • Company Memo issuance
  • Booking tickets for staffs
  • call for maintenance/repair services (aircon/ printer machine..)
  • Prepare meeting schedule
  • Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies
  • Festive order for customer
  • Staff Welfare-Organize Group Activities – annual dinner, 7th praying, Christmas, different countries’ new year celebration for diff group of employees, group travelling, any other group activities etc.
  • Ensuring cleanliness in company
  • Maintaining, repairing and/or replacing office equipment
  • Any other ad-hoc duties
