Job Description

  • Provide real time support for eCommerce sites in APAC region
  • Be on top of things with production issues and to ensure there is timely resolution
  • Provide root cause analysis on major incidents and communicate to global business stakeholders
  • Monitoring closely on application performance in on-premise cloud systems with a variety tools
  • Scripting on various database for data extraction such as MySQL, MSSQL or MongoDB
  • Participate in deployment and release activities in production environment

The Successful Applicant

  • Possess more than 3 years experience in production support or application support environment
  • Prior experience in managing server or network performance on production environment
  • Prior experience in eCommerce sites or company’s online presence would be an added advantage
  • Experience in scripting using Shell Scripting or Python
  • Experience with various database such as MySQL, MSSQL or MongoDB
  • Experience with tools such as NewRelic, Nagios, Solarwinds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with global stakeholders
  • On-call rotation 24×7 would be required
