The client is the quickest growing Cloud Infrastructure and Managed Services Provider, is a unique service provider that provides solutions for large corporations across Hyperscale Public Cloud Platforms. The firm offers an integrated cloud security service to establish data security, with industry compliances. The firm has a strong global presence and its looking to strengthen its position in Asia. With this in mind, they are looking to hire a Corporate Strategy Manager who will be the key person that assess current business performance, market dynamics as well as sets the path for growth and expansion plans.


Job Description

The Corporate Strategy Manager reports into the Managing Director, Asia directly, and will have the opportunity to deliver an extensive impact and establish relationships with renowned technology firms, and blue-chip corporations.This key role is responsible for the following:

  • Support the development and execution of regional and local business plans and priorities
  • Lead and execute processes for budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting
  • Track and drive the adoption of biz plan and corporate development plan
  • Drive and run processes for high-impact regional strategic and commercial initiatives
  • Support corporate development, and M&A efforts
  • Drive increasing demand from large private corporations, top tier technology providers, amongst the Fortune 500 companies
  • Create and execute B2B business development campaigns in coordination with other business development teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the software engineering and operations teams, and align initiatives accordingly to the companies short and long-term strategic initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Top academic qualification like an MBA, MSc or equivalent from a prestigious university / institution
  • 5 years of more corporate strategy experience within an enterprise software or cloud environment
  • Experience of having worked on complex deals and bids in Asiaand having the commercial savviness to craft effective sales strategies
  • Own a track record of creating value and driving high growth numbers to organisations that the candidate has worked with
  • Strong ability to manage data and create financial models – handling budgets
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with comfort in senior stakeholder engagement
  • Interest in the managed cloud services industry
