Our client is an Elearning business based in Singapore with an APAC reach. They are going through a huge growth period globally and experiencing increased results within the Singapore and wider market.

They have signed and renewed various contracts with a range of clients from a range of industries/sectors.

Job Description

  • Develop and deliver the marketing strategy to grow a small but successful B2C and B2B business from $5m to $15m in 3 years
  • Manage the APAC Digital Marketing Manager and build strong and effective stakeholder relationships with the global marketing team (UK HQ) and APAC management, sales and product teams
  • Work with the global Marketing Team to position our products and solutions effectively with maximum impact in the APAC market
  • Lead the creation and publishing of white papers, product collateral, blog posts, case studies and SME interviews in order to position the business as a thought leader in the digital transformation space
  • Improve upon our core methodology for building a B2B sales and marketing pipeline and work closely with the sales team to apply
  • Support sales teams with best in class sales collateral (strong product, client, and learner stories)
  • Work with the Marketing Manager on the planning and execution of all digital and offline marketing, events and trade shows; SEO and SEM, eDM, monthly marketing webinars, participation in industry events and speaking opportunities
  • Plan and execute campaigns in APAC markets to generate leads for our telesales and corporate sales teams, constantly optimising performance (media, creative, website performance, customer journey optimisation, lead nurturing etc)
  • Create and deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns, making best use of all assets and platforms available
  • Be accountable for marketing performance and KPIs, and ensure regular and accurate reporting
  • Own and manage the marketing budget
  • Any other duties as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive hands-on digital marketing experience which includes a proven track record within both B2C and B2B marketing
  • A commercial leader with experience working with corporate sales teams and global stakeholders
  • Proven success in performance-based lead generation
  • Highly results-oriented and data focused
  • Ability to influence, motivate and develop relationships with a wide range of partners and individuals
  • Highly organised and structured in planning / project management, with the ability to deliver projects, campaigns and initiatives on time and within budget, allocating resource (internal and external) to facilitate
  • Quality focused; able to achieve excellence and prioritise marketing activities for optimum business benefit within challenging timeframes
  • Experienced in use of Hubspot, Salesforce and WordPress
  • Passion for lifelong learning
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
