About the Client

The client is a seasoned and renowned company that likes to put themselves at the forefront of technology. The companies’ portfolio of products and services have also developed, following the changes in the market demand and the transformation across digital and IT needs for different industry sectors today. Our client has invested in talents with new skillsets that will drive their product development teams forward, and similarly is investing in corporate functions that are crucial to the relevant image and rebrand of the company. They are now looking for an Marketing & Communications Manager who will spearhead marketing campaigns, create thought leadership and content marketing pieces for focused businesses so as to increase customer acquisition as well as customer engagement and retention.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for all marketing campaigns and activities for the business verticals. This includes content marketing, development of thought leadership articles, identification of key opinion leaders in each business unit so as to target the market more effectively.

You will also be up to the challenge of the following:

  • Set up an overall GTM strategy, including campaign launch, demand generation activities, and other markers to track the marketing progress and implementation
  • Strategise and execute lead generation activities for the different market segments
  • Conduct lead qualification exercises and monitor the marketing effectiveness of events and campaigns
  • Develop customer case studies that demonstrates their success and satisfaction with the results that they have achieved through the product / service adaptation
  • Manage and create the marketing deck and the sales tools that would be required for effective selling during customer presentations and pitches
  • Execution of marketing automation processes that would streamline customer experiences as well as monitor the ROI on marketing spend
  • Based on market research, conduct customer segmentation so as to assign actionable insights according to different groups of target customers

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • At least 7 years in-depth experience in marketing and communications, with experience in a technology or a B2B set up
  • Solid spoken and written English
  • Deep knowledge of comprehensive marketing campaign processes and strong project management skills in order to plan and execute key communications objectives
  • Proactive, proven initiative and deadline driven with independence and ability to work in a team based environment
  • Possess solid experience in digital production and web-based project management and have a solid understanding of marketing and sales principles and processes
  • Displays commitment to quality work, customer service and high productivity
  • Commercial awareness in order to be tactical with content and messaging
