As a result of continuous demand and strategic growth plans for Asia Pacific, there is now a need to recruit a highly qualified senior marketing professional for the Asia region.

Job Description
As the Marketing Director for this region, you will champion the regional strategy for a high-growth division in the professional services sector. This role is required to shape the brand presence, in-region partnerships and channels and demand generation program for the Asia Pacific markets. You will be managing a dedicated team of marketing professionals while driving high-impact and best practice marketing programs to support revenue growth and profitability. You will identify key industry partners to establish promotional partnerships, and own and deliver against the lead generation program. This role will report to a APAC Head of Marketing.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have the relevant degree qualifications with at least 10+ years of working experience in marketing with the most recent years in a regional leadership capacity. In addition, you should also have:

  • Ability to analyse market opportunities and business drivers to optimize strategy and campaign execution
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build good relationships with all key business stakeholders in the region
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and enthusiastic, while also maintaining a very “hands-on” approach
  • Demonstrated success developing and retaining highly engaged, high performing teams and aligning talent to drive business objectives
  • Strong collaboration & negotiation skills, showing ability to influence without ownership, gaining support and trust across the organization to achieve agreed upon business outcomes
  • Currency of knowledge for best practice CRM, web and marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to drive data driven strategies
  • Industry exposure in B2B, services or technology sector would be highly advantageous
