About the Client

The client is a market leader in the sports retail industry with a strong global presence. As they are expanding and investing in technology to order to increase omnichannel traffic and sales, they are now looking for a CRM Executive to join the digital team and enrich the customer journey at all touch points.


Job Description

Your responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to the Online Traffic Manager
  • Creating quality online/offline traffic to the brand
  • Generating increased sales through engagement campaigns
  • Developing and execution of campaigns across different touch-points (Mobile App push, EDM, Social etc)
  • Execution of regular campaigns across customer journey
  • Attracting new app users and converting them into retained loyal customers.
  • Working alongside data team to conduct analysis on customer segments
  • Analyse campaign performance
  • Improving company CRM practices

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidate must have:

  • At least two years of experience in CRM (online and offline)
  • Experienced in using CRM tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics
