Job Description

The Product Designer will be helping to develop, drive and translate the product marketing strategies of the company into concepts. You will work closely with various key stakeholders across the Product, Engineering, Marketing and Data Analytics team. Knowledge of growth or marketing tactics in high growth sectors will be helpful. You should have a good understanding of metrics-driven design as well as what drives acquisition and conversion. You will be carrying out A/B experimentation testing. You should has a good understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across digital channels and audiences.


The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • 3 years or more experience in working in product design or relevant
  • Excellent communication and social skills and is able to articulate your design decisions and back them up
  • Performance-focused design experience that shows an ability to hit key performance metrics (e.g. click-through rate, conversion rate, activation rate)
  • Self-starter and is willing to roll up sleeves to get things done
