About the Client

The client is a leading FMCG brand with a vast array of brands from food and nutrition to personal care and wellness. With a global presence and a strong track record, they remain competitive locally and across APAC and Middle East. A key player in consumer products with a reputation for innovation and excellence, they are currently looking for a Brand Manager to join their team and develop their business in the Asian region.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop a game plan and identify potential opportunities to improve brand loyalty and market share
  • Engage design-thinking models to create solid and effective marketing strategies in line with the ethos and company objective
  • Market analysis through customer, competitor, and product research
  • Work closely with R&D teams to ensure consistent product innovation and excellence
  • Manage the financials on product portfolio, pricing, marketing and communication, promotion, and distribution

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Ability to translate technical aspects into benefits and features and deliver marketing collateral, together with an ability to convey messages effectively to targeted consumers
  • Min. 6 years of experience in Marketing, FMCG experience an advantage
  • A solid interest and knowledge for the consumer products category
  • Strong communicator for the delivery of ideas to both management and target audience
