Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of overall marketing strategy
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing tools, including but not limited to, SEO/SEM and social media
  • Identify KPIs for digital marketing tools and manage vendors to achieve overall goals
  • Brainstorm and implement new and creative recruitment and engagement strategies
  • Design, execute and experiment with measurable outcomes to improve current marketing efforts
  • Monitor and report performance and effectiveness of overall marketing efforts against ROIs and KPIs
  • Optimise and maintain user portal to ensure minimal downtime and service recovery, including duties like site programming, updating of content, review SEO and monitoring of traffic/site statistics
  • Analyse and evaluate customer journey across different channels and touchpoints (Google Analytics knowledge required)


  • Degree holder
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven competency/experience with web programming languages (Javascript, HTML5, CSS, etc), web services, WordPress, PhP, Google Analytics
