Look to progress to manager, director or consultant roles

Eligibility:

An existing CIPD Level 5 qualification; alternatively, significant management-level experience in the people profession can be considered
You must be over the age of 21
You must have a solid grasp of the English language (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent if English is not your first language)
You must be comfortable studying at a post-graduate level
You must complete an Assessment Question that the Programme Lead will review
You must be a registered member of the CIPD
