The public data sourced enables us to create internal reporting about our success, improvement of the quality of our products and long-term analysis of the impact of our service offering to individuals.

Where a purchase has been made and training is provided, your data will be held for a period of 7 years in line with our regulatory and governing body requirements, where there may be a requirement to hold your data to evidence the completion of studies or for audit purposes.
Where you have supplied your consent to receive future communications about our products that maybe relevant to your enquiry or the sector of training being undertaken, we will hold your information until you have withdrawn your consent for the processing of the personal information for this purpose

Outside of apprenticeships, we will offer the opportunity to disclose information regarding your physical or mental health. This information will enable us to make reasonable adjustments and support you in the correct manner for your study.
The information will only be collected and shared with third parties directly involved in the delivery of the training with your explicit consent (the endpoint assessment organisation or examination in order to support any reasonable adjustments).

How do we collect information about you?
Information is provided to Avado by:
- Filling out an enquiry form on one of our websites
- Filling out an enquiry form for one of our courses on a third-party website, such as an awarding body, online job noticeboard website, or a generic course enquiry website, which is then automatically sent to us
- Correspondence by phone, email or chat
- Requests to join our social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Providing your details when attending events for the purpose of enquiring or hearing more from service providers such as Avado
- We may gather business contact information from publicly available sources and through partners
- Sending an inquiry through our public facing channels (such as online contact form, telephone or published email addresses) to support you with your inquiry
- Information may be shared by your business if you are nominated for an apprenticeship
What information do we need?
When you submit your details to us through an enquiry on our website or a trusted third party, we’ll collect the following information:

For learners applying for the Fast Futures program, we will additionally need the following information:

- Date of Birth

When you speak to our course advisors or enrol on a course, we may ask for the following information:

- Your business if your course or apprenticeship is funded by the employer
- Any pre-enrolment diagnostic tests that may be required
What information do we need?
When you speak to our course advisors or enrol on a course, we may ask for the following information:
- Your full name, email address, telephone number, postal address and date of birth
- Your education and work experience, where relevant to the course
- Your company name, company size and industry type
- Your job title, job level, team size
- Payment information including credit card number and bank account details
- Copy of your identification, either passport of driving license
If a third party is paying for your course, then we will ask them for the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Telephone Number
- Postal address
- Date of birth
- Payment information
Where you go through a consumer credit, the following information will be sent to the consumer credit organisation we work with for the purpose of enabling them to liaise with you on the terms and other necessary information they may need to collect from you directly:
- Name
- Email Address
- Postal Address
Payments, other than those going through consumer credit, will be collected from you through third party payment providers. The providers will respectively process the necessary payment information to be able to process the payment for our course.
When you are studying, we may collect the following information about you:

If you do not provide us with certain personal information that we request when you apply for one of our programmes, then we may not be able to offer this programme to you.

Where we must process special categories of data, we will seek your explicit consent to process data items (such as health information) that we may request from you when you apply for one of our courses.
When applying for roles, should you not be matched with the preferences you choose, we may share your application with other companies that we assess to be a match in order to progress your application.

Automated Decision Making and Profiling
“Automated Decision Making” refers to a decision which is taken solely on the basis of automated processing of your personal data. This means processing using, for example, software code or an algorithm, which does not require human intervention.
“Profiling” is any form of automated processing of your information to evaluate personal aspects about you, in particular to analyse or predict things like your performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.
We may in some cases use automated decision-making if you have provided an explicit consent. You can always request a manual decision- making process instead, express your opinion or contest a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, if such a decision significantly affected you. Profiling uses automated processing, which may use automated decision-making algorithms.
If you are an Enrolled or Former Student, we may use automated decision processes to carry out an evaluation on your learning performance, and progression of your studies; which may be used to help us understand how to improve our learning experiences, to support with recruitment/employment opportunities and creating learner profile reports, which can be shared with the employment partners, which may increase your chances of future employment.
When using automated decision-making we can provide you with further information about the data used, the logic involved, as well as the rationale behind any decisions.

How long your personal data will be kept?
Where a request for information is made for one of our product or services, your data will be held for the duration of two years.
CV’s received on the FastFutures Program and shared in line with the mentoring program will be retained for a duration of 6 months.
If you have enrolled on the FastFutures program, we will retain your information for the duration of 7 years after the date of completion of your program, for the purpose of business analysis.
