2011
Rebranded as Floream under Blenheim Chalcot, marking a shift to digital-first learning and launching Squared Online with Google.
2012
Entered the CIPD qualification market, making HR and L&D learning flexible and fully online.
2016
Became Avado, uniting our programmes under one name and expanding globally.
2017
Became CIPD’s exclusive online learning partner, strengthening our position as a trusted provider.
2024
Launched Ava, our AI learning assistant, and QuickScore, so learners get faster support and feedback whenever they need it.
2025
Named a CIPD Platinum Centre, recognising the consistently high quality of our learner support and results.
Today
