I have been at Avado since November 2022, delivering the L3 and L5 CIPD Apprenticeship qualifications before moving to the Professional Qualifications team.
My previous roles have been an exciting mix of Operations Management, L&D Delivery, People Practice and Compliance in both retail and remote environments, however, I feel I have returned home in my current role due to my love of Tutoring and Coaching.
