A Four-Week Framework for Real Employability Outcomes 

The CPD-accredited Career Accelerator delivers around 20 hours of flexible learning structured across four themed weeks, guiding learners through a practical journey from self-awareness to job-market confidence. On completion, learners receive a CPD-accredited certificate to showcase their commitment to professional development. 

The programme covers: 

• Week 1: Know Yourself, Know Your Value – Identifying strengths, values, transferable skills, and developing a growth mindset.
• Week 2: Your Professional Identity Toolkit – Mastering ATS-friendly CVs, compelling cover letters, personal branding, and LinkedIn optimisation. 
• Week 3: Show Up Smart – Interviews & AI – Developing smart job-hunting strategies, interview preparation, and effective use of digital and AI-powered tools. 
• Week 4: Future People Professional – Designing long-term career plans, understanding the value of mentoring, building AI fluency, and practising responsible HR.

Strengthening Avado’s Commitment to Career Development 

The launch of the Career Accelerator follows Avado’s introduction of the Career Mentor Programme, which connects learners with experienced HR mentors through Avado Connect, their exclusive community platform for leaners and graduates. It also complements the Avado Plus package, which includes mock employment tribunals, extended access to QuickScore AI feedback, and additional assessment tutorials.
