For HR teams early in their AI journey. Participants explore real use cases across the employee lifecycle, practise structured prompting techniques, and leave with a personal AI starter kit ready to use from the next working day. No prior AI experience required.
AI for HR in Practice
For teams already using AI but inconsistently. Participants move beyond basic prompting to build practical AI workflows and assistants tailored to their own HR context, and leave with a clear adoption plan for embedding them into day-to-day practice.
AI for HR Strategy
For senior HR leaders ready to move from experimentation to transformation. Participants design AI-enabled operating models, build a practical roadmap for scaling AI responsibly, and leave with a clear case for HR’s role as the organisation’s AI-enablement partner.

Stage 1: Exploring → AI for HR Fundamentals AI use is patchy or limited to one or two individuals. There’s no shared practice, prompting approach, or AI policy in place yet.
Stage 2: Building → AI for HR in Practice Your team is using AI but inconsistently, mainly for one-off tasks. There’s no shared workflow or standard approach across the team.
Stage 3: Leading → AI for HR Strategy AI is embedded into core HR processes with clear governance in place. HR is ready to influence how the wider organisation adopts AI.
