Helping Commerzbank become more digital savvy
The Challenge
Commerzbank were wanting to create a programme that supported their goals. To become a Digital Technology Company.

The Solution
Create a flagship programme to improve their digital capabilities. Through a bespoke joint project between Commerzbank, Avado and RCKT we created a blended learning journey for their employees. Combined of a virtual campus, face to face elements and strong accompanying internal communications campaign, we successfully helped Commerzbank on their continued journey towards digital transformation.
We implemented the following:
Digital Leadership Workshops:
A two-day workshop designed to inspire a mindset shift and more agile, innovative ways of thinking. Through boosting digital knowledge and exposing leaders to new ways of thinking.
Face to face workshops
In collaboration with RCKT we developed digital leadership sessions, FinTech speed dating start-up tour and an Agile and Innovation Workshop.
Modules and certificates:
Combination of digital leadership and marketing certificates with German delivery and translation including seven German Digital Business modules and two German Digital Marketing modules.
Our joint project with Avado and RCKT is a great success and is changing our whole leadership team towards a digital mindset.
