Job Description

We’re looking for a Credit Assistant to work within Octopus Real Estate – Residential Development reporting to Matt Foley.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Instruction of property professionals including Valuers and Quantity Surveyors.
  • Ensuring professional reports are received in a timely manner.
  • Become a centre of excellence for internal data and payment systems.
  • Ensuring property security is registered correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Portfolio Team during loan redemption.
  • Assist the Credit Team obtain required KYC reports.
  • Assist with ad hoc queries.

Qualifications

  • Must be comfortable using technology and leveraging digital applications and media platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Must be curious and seek to learn and improve whilst instilling automated and digital solutions wherever appropriate
